Oakwood is hosting a 5K race and 1 mile fun run/walk on Sunday May 6th on our beautiful cross-country loop course to benefit global education programs through the United Nations Adopt-a-Future Program. This is a family friendly, timed race with awards for 5K age groups. Come run on Sunday and enjoy root beer at the finish line from Half Time, bagels from Rudy’s Bagels, fruit from Stop & Shop and raffle prizes from all the rest of our wonderful sponsors – Table Talk Diner, Barnes & Noble, Tea Talk, Starbucks and Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie.   

Races: 5K Race (Cross Country Course), 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Entry Fees: Fun Run/Walk is $10 / 5k race is $15 (received by May 4) or $20 on Race Day

Race Day: Registration and Packet Pick-Up (gym parking lot) 7:30-8:15 am
5K Race Starts at 8:30am
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Starts at 9:15 am

Divisions: 5K Men Up to 14,15-19,20-29,30-39,40-49, 50-59,60+

5K Women Up to 14,15-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59, 60+

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk Up to 6, 7-10, 11-14, 15-18, 19+
