Haniya Mee

Through Haniya’s two decades of work in college admissions and college counseling, she has counseled students from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own distinct pathways to college. Having had the privilege of living, studying, and working abroad, she brings a unique understanding to her interactions with students and their families. Haniya works hard to create a college counseling office that is a safe space for any student to explore and make decisions about their post-secondary opportunities.

Haniya enjoys traveling, exploring the Hudson Valley food scene, staying active, and cheering on the Vassar Men’s Basketball team; her husband is the coach. Haniya and her husband, Ryan, live on campus with their children, Trotter and Cappy.
